Oh my God,
I am sorry for all my sins with all my heart.
Instead of living for you and listening to
You before anything else, I chose to sin against You.
I promise to confess my sins,
be sorry for my sins and to sin no more.
Jesus Christ is our Savior and He died on the cross for us, please God have mercy on us. AMEN
